getting as big as bodybuilders, and training
to get bigger. He says it is very simple to
get big but there are several important keys
to putting on and keeping size.
Eat as much as you can, and then eat some
more.
Eat at least four large, well balanced meals
a day but try to eat six. Well balanced
means something from most of the food groups
but eat a lot of potatoes, rice, fish,
chicken, red meat, and pasta.
Always monitor the amount of mass that you
gain by weighing yourself and measuring your
body parts.
Train hard and get plenty of rest. |
